The centrepiece is a huge retro billboard drawn from 1970s roadside advertising. Warm and cool neon lights sit side by side on it, and that contrast is what pulls your eye across the model.
Scene combinations are wide open. Buildings, light boards and movie screens can be rearranged however you like, or pulled apart quickly when you want to play with the layout.
An oversized movie screen slots into the front, recreating the big screen. At the back there's room for a phone or tablet stand, which puts you right inside a 70s-style cinema.
This set packs in 62 hand-drawn prints, the most in our highway series. Printed block elements carry the nostalgic retro look across the whole build.
The detachable neon sign works on its own as a home décor piece, and it fits neatly with other sandbox-style sets when you want to combine scenes.
Travel lovers and collectors who like nostalgic aesthetics and detailed displays will find plenty to like here as a gift.
