Seven sets of light strings run through this motel build, with 22 customized glowing positions in all. Most of them cluster around the signage and bar, which is where the retro mood lives.
A huge light board carries a distinctly 70s character. Behind it, laser engraving and UV printing on acrylic panels recreate vintage neon effects.
Classic motels from last century's road trip era inspired the design. Vibrant colors, greenery and character figures echo the freedom of the open road, and the removable third floor opens the build up for play.
Interiors and props reflect the era, with road trip symbols scattered through the rooms. A Fawn reporter drives out to interview the motel owner and meets Fawn on the way. The Deer Crossing car parks in the motel garage, and the gas station fits the same route.
Building blocks 1970PCS, 11 brick bags, 22 LED lights and a clear assembly guide.
